good stuff Jack!!! I was caught for 6 off 3 balls today
I was absolutely robbed lol, i was batting so well, went for a late cut and third slip dropped the catch quite obviously but there umpire thought he took it clean, i gave him a dirty look as i walked past him
I feel a real big score coming next week if we bat first
Our team won spectacularly today, we needed 40 to win off 9 overs and just got home with our tailenders!!!!

wednesday - school cricket training & club training
thursday - school cricket match
friday - rest
saturday - club game u15's 8-11 club game b matting 1-6
sunday - rest
and it's only 2 games into the season. I'm stuffed already and im not pulling up real good after the games

Best Bowling - 5-19, 5-38
I field at first slip so i usually pick up a catch or 2 most games..
broke my colar bone playing footy last year twice.. so ive lost a fair bit of accuracy.
going to play some indoor next year and hopefully get some rhythm back.

Hi everyone i play 18s and we played this morning and my team got them all out for 112 . I ended up taking 3 for 14 off 7 overs with my leggies I could have had another but i dropped a caught and bowled and my team dropped 3 other chances as well off my bowling but thats cricket. We ended up 3 for 42 and we still have about 35 overs to go to get the runs and win on first innings next week and then hopefully push for a outright if we can get a good enough lead

I play U/15s, 1st game we lost by about 90 runs. I came in tenth and went out for a duck! 2nd game we won by about 30 runs I came in tenth again and scored 17n.o. and bowled 6 overs for 17 runs. 3rd game (which is still continuing this Saturday) we scored 156 and I can in about seventh this time and only scored 3. And now we're bowling ATM and they're 1/7 off 11.

the 36 aint too shabby in Under 15's mate. My H.S is 49*, i was retired by my dumb coach 1 run away from 50I am more of a bowler, best bowling 6/14
Damn mate, i hope your coach did that by accident or else he should get a boot up the backside for that. I haven't played for about ten years but my best figures are 7/24 (which included a double hat-trick) in grade cricket when I was 14; and high score of 101 in rep cricket the same year.

What!?!?!!? What an idiot! Did ya have a go at him?
did i go off at him?- I sure did! I wasn't actually a week in week out player for that team, i was filling in for another age group but still i batted so well and deserved to go on and get 50. We were playing on turf that day as well, i got 4/8 off 5 overs!
On another topic, our district match is on this week. We are playing Willeton away, it is going to be cool because they estimate at least 1000 people at the game for the last two hours as there is a 1st grade Twenty20 on after our match, Brad Hogg v Pomersbach!

Warney. I have always liked Brad Hogg and its good to hear he is still playing and well pomersbach can hit a ball pretty well too should be a entertaining match.Good luck to u for this wknd mate
