Some pretty good bowling stats mate, what do you bowl? I can't say the same for my team, we are second bottom beaten only the bottom team, we are playing them again this week, they made 248 off 45 on our second oval which is very small, a chasable score, but my team is so bad that they can't even field properly they kept letting fours through and dropping catches! I think I was the only one to take a catch.

I bowl right arm off-spin baby. :D

Our pitch is one of the oldest pitches in the league so it does not bounce so it's all front foot. Our out field is that slow it's crazy! so about 160 in 55 overs is equivalent to about 200+ on good grounds!

Artificial or a turf pitch?

We have to used artificial because there's only 1 turf pitch in or region. :( You can still get it to turn quite a bit a artificial too. :)

I play for Main Ridge, yeah I only play on artificial pitches, I have never played on turf, hope I do one day
 
Well done dylan those are some good stats, how did you guys go this past week? In juniors we chased down 248 (we made 249). I retired and came back in, I got to hit the winning runs and I finished on 60*. I got a call up to the 2s and made 19. We got bowled out for 170 which is pretty poor because we are pushing for finals. The other side batted for 10 overs and are 0/16
 
How did you guys go yesterday? My team won on the second last ball for the second week in a row and got our third win of the season. Good way to finish off the season with 2 wins after some bad games. I retired on 52*. I played 2s and made my first duck since the start of the 2008/2009 season. Was really disapointed. We were 9/120 odd and got bowled out for 260. Our number 11 made 89 because, he pulled his groin a while ago and it was pretty sever so he can't run, he played because someone pulled out. The other side is 1/9 after 5 overs.
 
Last week we lost by about 47 runs I scored 8* and bowled 5 overs 0-22 (sh*t!).

This week the team we are playing scored about 9-120 after 55 overs and I bowled 4 overs 0-6.
 
last game i made 24* then we declared 5/239 we got them all out for 100 odd I didnt get any wickets...then we stuck them in for the outright i got 2/13 and we had them 4/54 and time ran out....


then in seniors we made 244 all out i was 0* and we got them all out for 147


then this week we batted i made 14 and hit it on to my pad and rolled onto the wickets and the team made 170

and in seniors i filled in for c turf as a fielder

As you can see we won today to put us in the finals. :D We won by about 4 wickets at 6-120 in like the 33rd? over I think. I can in at 9th and scored 5, ran a 4 & a single. :p We ended at 8-155 after 40 overs so we still had 15 overs to spare but we stopped because the other team sucked. :lol:

I'm heading off to the twos in about 10 mins, hoping we can win this week and then next week for finals! Good luck for next week mate and for anyone else playing today or in finals::D
