Couple of ebay sellers to avoid! Scammer!

We should get a heap of people to copy and paste your report and change it to "I know this cards was bought by someone else, but thought you should know....."

Enough reports of the same thing should surely get some attention.

I don't normally say this, but maybe this scumbag needs some of his items purchased, leave negatives and make him do the run around to get them removed

Actually somebody already did this - someone on HK saw my posts the last time he listed another Jordan/Lebron auto (different set) and hit the BIN then left him a negative that said 'stop scamming people'. It was removed pretty quickly...

I have reported him to ebay twice now, and I think he might have committed insurance fraud (claiming on the card "I stole") so I hope he gets looked into...

:hearts: :kick:

Haha the plot thickens!! He has once again changed his username - now is camnewtonmvp and it looks like he sold it to ashotagekyan - who is the guy I left a negative feedback to and got a non-paying claim against me as he's a blatant shiller! He obviously got the neg removed and is either the same person as or is connected to rondo4mvp9/28vikings2011/camnewtonmvp or is just an 'innocent' flipper who shills his auctions.

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

k**k (26) is his shill account. When I neg'd him it was 26 items at 100%. The day after was 27 at 100%. He last bid on a Wall NT and now has 28 bids on 5 items at 100%...

How funny that the two biggest scumbags I've dealt with lately are involved in the same card...

Hehehe... I messaged the new 'owner' of the 'stolen' card:

"Well I see you got the negative feedback removed and that you're still
shilling you scumbag, but now I see that you're involved in this card...
Are you the same person as camnewtonmvp/28Vikings2011/Rondo4mvp9? Or did you buy the card he has scammed with (and possibly committed insurance fraud with) despite no picture and his dodgy feedback, and are now trying to flip it yourself? I'd get rid of it ASAP as the postal service might
take it back for themselves..."

He just replied:

"UR A {expletive} IDIOT U MOTHER {expletive} DONT U DARE EMAIL ME AGAIN I WILL REPORT UR DUMB ASS TO EBAY. I BOUGHT THE CARD FROM A SELLER U MORON IT IS A LEGIT PAYPAL TRANSACTION.GO {expletive} UR MOTHER AND DONT BOTHER ME AGAIN. U HAVE A
PROBLEM DEAL WITH EBAY U DUCH "

Man I hope the original seller did commit insurance fraud and I can get both of these jerks in trouble...

My favourite part

I actually rang USPS today to try to advise them/see if the original scammer DID file for insurance... after going through so many automatic menus I got to be on hold, to talk to a guy for about 3 seconds, to be transferred to fraud, which had been closed for about 3 hours...
Will call again tomorrow ;)

Well I called one number, who, despite the online graphic next the the number saying open M-F 8.30-5 they were only open until 3.30... so I called another number, they didn't know what I was talking about or even if the state of Maine was in the US... but they told me to fill out an online form. So it looks like nothing will happen - I basically wanted to know if he HAD filed for insurance, but got nowhere. So I sumbmitted this report (already inputting his name and address):

I believe this guy might have filed a false insurance claim. He 'sent me' an $800 trading card (provided two tracking numbers - VH527735707US and LC545398881US) that was actually a $2 trading card. I filed a claim through paypal and had to send it back to him and prove delivery. It was delivered via EMS on EP309900101NZ. He accused me of stealing the item and said that he 'had insurance to prove it' - so he may have tried to claim this. However in the past week I have discovered him trying to sell the trading card again - and in fact has now sold it to one ashot agekyan of winnetka, CA 91306 United States - who is now selling it himself - 06-07 UD EXQUISITE #ED 04/ 10 MICHAEL JORDAN LEBRON JAMES DUAL AUTO 04/10 | eBay.

Picture evidence is at Ebay scammed pictures by hairyangryfella - Photobucket

If he did in fact claim insurance on this then he has committed fraud, and the money or trading card should go back to you as far as I'm aware. Please punish this scammer.

Wow I had a run in with "hoop-style" on ebay during the last couple of days for simply asking if he has a COA on one of the "game worn" jerseys he is selling. I got abused twice, and he said he will only sell to me outside of ebay...yeah right mate.

Avoid this person at all costs.
