complaint to select re missing cards

select replaced a few 2010 checklists the other day no questions asked but how do they come up with a 006 number dont they send out from 002 up when you redeem a sig in order or do they keep the low numbers?

going by past experience they used to let big buyers or regular collectors reserve a certain number for their redemptions.much fairer system now where all are in with a shot of getting a low number

Well that's the question ... it's not like the redemption cards were numbered in those days ... and I thought they were meant to be issued in order of receipt?
 
From all accounts Select have been very fair in their dealings with Rowdy especially as there doesn't seem to be too much onus on the evidence that said cards have not been included, could it have been that Select have deliberately misled the purchaser(s) of a box that didn't have the required ratio of cards hoping that the purchaser might not have noticed that they didn't get what they should have.
 
I doubt there is a select conspiracy going on. Ratios are exactly that... "Ratios of the whole production".

Select is no longer "our" problem. Yet everyone is still on them. What about the PATHETIC ESP release? Like to see how they handle a complaint.... Because Select have been REALLY good with all our complaints...

I'm all for Select. Sure they annoyed us sometimes........ But in a all rounder.... The last 12 years have been progressively better and better.. Keeping up with collectors is a hard thing to do......

Let's see how ESP go.... Lol!
 
well happy to report select did a great follow up and vowed to replace the missing redemptions ,so very happy as i thought i would get blown off and told tough luck.certainly earnt my respect and appreciation for the effort =D>

I was actually extremely impressed with the result of this! I really thought you were wasting your time.. Good to see they came through for you..

Hi just another thumbs up from select emailed them the other day about 2004 reprint cards x3 and asked what i had to do to get them replaced they asked for my address and i recieved them today thanks select i will have to ask them about my 2010 impact signatures that have lines through them next see how i go.

Well i spent over $13,000 on Dynasty and had a case with no redemption. Mentioned it to Select twice via emails, both emails ignored.
