sent a email of to select re 2 cases purchased last week missing redemptions and inserts.betting get no response or told tough luck .pity as think well and truly over buying their dodgy product

In some respects I can understand their stance. The odds are indicitive of the production run not a guarantee per case or box however I agree that there should be some certainty when spending the big dollars.

That said the issue has been rectified in subsequent releases almost to the point of allowing case searching, which is the better of the two evils?

Not really because one of the cases in question is dynasty

To limit case searching I think 1 redemption should be guaranteed with 1:5 cases having 2.

1 case afl supreme (no redemption)paid $2640,1 case nrl invincible(no redemption,minus 2 legend die cuts,no case card).wang supplied a case card ,cant see him coughing up remainder of missing cards.also 1 dynasty case had 5 league leaders not 6 and got 60 odd cards with other players names printed over the card

regardless of a person spending big dollars on cases or the bloke who scrimps and saves to buy 1 case a year .its pretty pathetic when the collector is being charged in some cases obscene prices and gets dudded .then if they complain it sounds like the stock standard line is oh well tough luck.if you value your customer base and want a happy collector/buyer listen to them and solve their problems.hopefully this esp mob take all the complaints about select and excel

I know it's not fair and if I was in your position I would complain as well.

But if I bought a case and got two case hits I know I wouldn't be handing one back.

I would be interested to see how many had pulled 2 compared to how many have not pulled any in a case buy.

I can remember seeing a post where someone pulled 2 from a centenary bust, however that's the only time I remember seeing it, and I can remember a heap where no case hits.
