COMC stuffed my oder up big time what do i do????

Ok, so we can criticize paypal and ebay as well as the card companies when necessary even though we all use them or buy their product and that's ok, but we cant criticize COMC because a representative is available here? ok, cool... gotcha!

COMC make good money off us and we should be able to point out things we are unhappy with on a trading card site.... COMC is a business you know, and if we are unhappy with certain aspects of their operation we should voice our opinions, because we are PAYING CUSTOMERS....

How dare we question how they operate? seriously? I use COMC because I find benefit in their product, as I do paypal and ebay, but I am not a blind COMC nutswinger because there are/and have been aspects of their operation which I have been unhappy with and I (and others) will voice that, I don't owe COMC anything, as I don't owe Ebay, paypal, Panini, Topps, etc. anything. It's COMC's job to protect their brand through their quality of product and the way they operate, not mine.

by the way, I do give COMC credit for having a rep avail, and Moe seems like a good guy with the best intentions, but that doesn't mean COMC get an automatic pass when they leave themselves open to discussion and/or criticism

@xavierty don't need to justify yourself to anyone mate, I reckon an overwhelming majority are happy you made this public, may make other reconsider getting valuable cards sent while the site is a mess.... This site is here to protect COLLECTORS.... Keeping this private may have risked another members cards... So yeah, don't justify yourself to ANYONE questioning why you made a thread about this.... Question why they think this would be better kept private!

No extra bonus points for all the typing mate! In fact you lose points for totally misinterpreting what I wrote, no one wrote they deserve a free pass, no one said you shouldn't start a thread about a serious issue (although there is a COMC thread).
 
don't flatter yourself too much mate, I actually agree with what you said and I wrote that (give COMC credit for having a rep here) what I wrote had to do with the fact @xavierty felt he had to justify himself for making this public and the questioning why some are being critical of COMC in the thread (none of which I believe you said)
 
Hey gang...I go away for the weekend and all this happens? Come on now...

I'm just going to say that I agree with the basic sentiments here - if you pay for a service that doesn't meet with your expectations, you have every right to express your displeasure with that service. You're a paying customer and part of the fee you pay is the option to say something. The folks on this board have been really patient with me and I appreciate that, especially during the times when the message I've initially delivered ended up not agreeing with the actions of the company - it sucks out loud when I try to share something, just to end up being contradicted by "policy"...

Now, I'm not going to get into any details about xavierty's situation, as we're still working towards a resolution. If they wish to share anything, it's their choice. I'm going to respect their privacy and continue to do what I can towards making this situation right for them.

And, I'll do the same for anyone else who uses our services. Like I said, you should get what you paid for.
