Oops, my bad. If we receive a card in a sealed or a 'one touch' cardholder, the card will remain in that cardholder and processed as an "Oversized" card. Thanks for asking, and sorry for missing it earlier.
And, to answer another question in this thread - if a card arrives in a basic top loader, then the card will be removed from the top loader for the purposes of processing and adding to your COMC account.
The whole top loader thing has me confused.
So let me get this right, if a card arrives in my comc mailbox in a top loader, comc will take it out of the top loader and then charge me to put it back in??
They have stated that they never made this to be a mailing service.
I think some of you guys are confused into thinking this mailbox is another Borderlinx when it clearly isn't.
There are plenty of other direct mailing services you can use if you don't like the way COMC are doing it
I think some of you guys are confused into thinking this mailbox is another Borderlinx when it clearly isn't. The mailbox was setup so you could have cards sent straight from eBay to your COMC store. They have stated that they never made this to be a mailing service.

Tell me what about their whole process has been done "Clearly"
Was it the redemptions?
Was it the extra charge for toploaders (obviously the ppl who received their cards without protection were not CLEAR about this)
Considering COMC have found themselves in situations since launch where they have little idea, let alone a solution, again tell me what is/has been CLEAR about this...
Obviously COMC launched this without proper planning and foreseeable issues.... Why advertise it as an INTERNATIONAL mailbox if the main purpose wasn't the forwarding of cards to intl collectors...
Nothing has been clear about this process.... I commend COMC on tackling the issue of intl mailboxes and I still am somewhat optimistic it will make a lot of collectors happy (although less optimistic than before) but as it stands, the process has been amatuerish and not thought out well.....
COMC need to release the FINAL T's and C's for this and yes, then we can decide exactly what their service offers, the costs involved, processes, etc and IF it works for each collector....
Can you honestly sit there and say COMC has "clearly" explained any of this????
Probably best to read the first post Jimmy. Even G said it is an option of many to directly send cards to comc then onto you.

There is a few posts in one of the threads where they say that it was never meant to be a blinx type deal. I could be wrong but I swear I read that on ozcards and not another site?
Well I guess COMC need to have 1 person only posting on here. There is a few posts in one of the threads where they say that it was never meant to be a blinx type deal. I could be wrong but I swear I read that on ozcards and not another site?

So you're not sure where you read it or even if it was said at all???
Ok cool, our definitions of "clearly" are miles apart... There lies the misunderstanding
.... I received a reply to my email from Nathan (account manager), here it is,
"The second thing you asked was about the toploaders By default we remove cards from their toploaders when we process them. While we can process items in their toploaders, because of how they have to be handled differently, they are still charged the $0.20 adding a toploader to the shipping of the item. Because this system was put in place for consignment, and the use of mailbox to ship internationally is a newer thing, we will look over revising this policy in the future. Here is what I can do for you now though, please let me know how many items arrived with toploaders, and I will add store credit into your account equal to the amount that would be needed to have them put back in toploaders."
