Well I have finally got together all my bits n pieces to put this thread to bed from my perspective.
To further cement my thoughts, I purchased one of the "suspect" cards from ebay,... from Tim... or his so called brother. Some facts for you all.....
1. Tim advised after auction ending that the cards were not signed in person, but bought from ozauctions earlier in the year.... also gave me a get out of purchase clause if I wanted to.
2. Asked if I could pay via money order... answered yes..... money order to be made out to Tim ???? What ever happended to the brother ?? VERY obvious that he used his brother as a "S%@#" Ive been busted here card and tried to lie his away around this all.
3. Card arrived to me with return name and address on back of envelope of Tim....
4. Scan is attached of Tims card as well as a card recently returned to me directly from David Boon.
5. Tims card, complete with all his contact details and transcript of all events has been sent to David Boon and I have asked him to log this with Cricket Australia as well.
Summary and warning to all
If you are here to make a quick buck out of forgeries, I will continue to name and shame you, as well as provide your details to the person whom you are forging. Keeping my beloved hobby free of these "ants" makes it fun and fair for everyone.
Hope he gets his arse busted wide open
