I believe in the conspiracy theories to a point. Never used to, but do now.

Sydney teams and SoO players have been looked after for a long time now. Our game is not beyond reproach as we have seen in the match fixing allegations. I really do believe there is an element of corruption within; not wholesale but there lingering in the background.

I also believe that questions like 'how will this decision affect our business?' get asked in political matters, and that there are winners and losers within that.

I have looked at both Wighton and Ennis stills and videos separate and side by side and there is minimal difference.

The MRC will forever be able to justify why they do or don't charge a player so it seems pointless arguing at this level. I hope common sense prevails and Wighton is cleared

I don't believe in the conspiracy theories being thrown about on various Raiders forums but how they can get things so wrong is beyond me.

Wighton cops 20% loading for two non similar priors. The first of which was a great one on one hit on Soward which unfortunately made high contact because Soward was falling (Only Ryan James gets off these) and the second a dubious brush with a touch judge.

Seems that you hit a bloke too hard these days you get punished, dog shot someone and break their back and you don't even get charged.

Wighton is a huge loss and an integral part of everything Canberra.

How about we let the men play footy and punish those who bring the game into disrepute.

I could rant forever over the blatant inconsistencies in our game but what is the point.

Hopefully Canberra brief up to the best QC available and show these morons running our game the difference between a hard hit and an illegal hit

Almost seems as though Wighton is the sacrificial lamb. Up until he was handed the suspension it looked as though anybody playing finals footy could do anything without fear of penalty.

Not just the bunker...officiating by the onfield refs is disgraceful too. The worst officiating I have seen for a very long time.

So u can't kick at a ball to save a try, but u can kick a guy in the back.
