The DHL number is your pod address. If you dont have it there the items wont make it to your pod so update it ASAP.
They may just look you up and work it out but if you see something has been delivered on the ebay/usps tracking and its not shown up in your pod after 24 hours just contact them via the live chat. They will update it pretty quick. They are pretty good customer service wise.
hi guys, if i did my calculations correctly, if i were to order a big lot of supplies from dacards, it would work out cheaper to send to my borderlinx address and then to here rather than straight to here. my question is where are the hidden fees aka where does borderlinx make there money? thanks guys.
Well they are owned DHL so they make their money by pushing the freight through DHL. I have put quite a few shipments through and have not be stung any extra hidden fees.
Sent for my delivery on Sunday night, came Thursday morning, paid for "slow" service...
Just a hint, they will only send a maximum of 20 parcels in one shipment, so if you purchase 30 cards from 30 different people, you can only send for the first 20, then have to do another order to get the rest, the best thing to do if you can purchase more cards from one seller, say you get 10 cards from him, it only counts as 1 parcel, everytime i purchase a card i check out the sellers other item's to see what else i can pick up...

put in thier postage calculator 0.1kg and it came to a total of $27.5 for postage to Australia!!
say 3 packages with about 10-15 cards what would it really cost to Australia?
$27.50 is abit of a turnoff!!

it's like a flate rate thing, it'll start at say $27 but then it only goes up by small amounts, thus encouraging you to buy more and then the shipping will technically be less
