Im havin a crack today mate!

First off the quaddie!
Cost $50 for just over 5%.

F / 1,5,7,8,12,13,14 / 2 / 1,2,4,5,6,8,11,12,13

Would really like to put let go thommo in the 3rd leg but its just gonna cost too much.

Race 1 No 2 Soleil

Race 2 No5 , 11 Quin

Race 3 no 3 All About Annie

Good luck!.

Thanks D_E_C for the 'Soleil' tip in the 1st Race . I put $13.00 on Soleil to win at Fixed Odds of $16.00 for a return of $208.00. That will pay for my Quaddie today.

I'm going to put on a very conservative Flexi-Quad today which is as follows;

1st Leg - Race 6
1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 12

2nd Leg - Race 7
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14

3rd Leg - Race 8
1, 2, 5, 7

4th Leg - Race 9
1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 16

The total cost for this Flexi-Quad is $57.00 for a 2% share, but i'll probably end up putting it on for 5%. I might also have another Flexi-Quad with Serious Speed one-out in the 1st Leg.

Serious Speed was very dissapointing last start but i might give her another chance in the Oaks back to level weights, although some experts reckon she won't run the trip which is a concern.

Good luck to anyone having a bet.

Today im only having two bets. If one of them wins ill probably back anamato in the 7th each way.

R1 No3 Spectacular Saint

R4 No1 El Mandon (wouldnt take anything shorter than about $2.75)

Well done Cruiser on finding 'Spectacular Saint' in the first race at good odds. I'm going to have another crack at the Quaddie at Flemington today, but if Weekend Hussler wins as expected i suspect that it will probably be a skinny Quaddie. Although, it is hard to see Weekend Hussler getting beaten with only 51.5 kg.

I'm going to put on the following Flexi-Quad;

1st Leg - Race 6
11

2nd Leg - Race 7
1,2,4,5,7,8,10,12,15

3rd Leg - Race 8
5,6,8,9,10,13

4th Leg - Race 9
1,3,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,15,17

Total Cost or this Flexi-Quaddie was $60.00 for a 10% Share

Just in case 'Weekend Hussler' doesn't win i might also include Roman Squire in another smaller Flexi-Quad. I might also put on a mini 1% Flexi-Quad with numbers (1,2,3,5,6,10,14) in the 1st Leg just in case.

hope some of u got on that, my $50 ended up being a good investment

Im in a small syndicate at work. we (3 of us) all put in $300 and lay all our bets into the Patriots to win the superbowl, since we all think that the pats are the team to beat this year. we have $300 on Geelong, Storm, and Pats. $300 to $22,600. We got on awhile go and got Storm @ 2.9, Cats @ 4 and Pats @ 6.5. So We hope to have 2 legs in afew weeks so we can offload during the year. We also have $50 on South Africa (RWC) into the pats $50 to $1000. We already have a bet going Cats to beat roos over 60+ points. $20 to $400. We have alot of other bets most include the cats and storm into the pats. We also have Port and Hawks into the same. Got several AFL G/F quins with hawks/cats and port/cats. Anyway hope we get afew legs up so we can offload with the other $300 we have left, maybe the chargers or the colts.

I am so happy with this so far. Dont like to crow early but Im in a good position.

Any idea why Captious has blown out so far today? I looked this morning before work, he was the short favourite, now it seems he's out past $8, and 5th favourite... Is he injured or something, or just doesn't like the wet?

Anyone having a punt on the Hong Kong races today? I'm probably gonna put on a few first fours for the race with Miss Andretti, sounds like the race could be a corker with her and Sacred Kingdom...

Alright guys this is getting very exciting, the thing i want to know is "should i offload onto another team to cover my arse"? Im thinking Colts because to be honest i think they are the only team who can beat the Pats, Sorry Cowboy fans but i think your gone. Or should i just sit and let it all ride. I mean whats $500 on the colts @ 7's to make 3500, when i have got a so much riding on the pats? Let me know yout thoughts.

If i was you i would definintely hedge that bet, if the pats lose you lose the lot. I would only do this when the final start.

after all the great tips i have received here:

here's one surefire tip back at you all Sporting bet

i found a bet euroleague real madrid vs bose over 14.5 which is a typo instead of 145.5!

They can and will void it.

Plus, if 140 points are scored for example, the bookie can still argue it was an under.

I don't like your chances champ, but good spot.

I also picked up a mistake from Sportingbet, but it lost!!

It was Phoenix @ Cleveland and the Cavs were something like 6 point underdogs. For some reason, they had set the odds at Cleveland +6 @ 1.91 and Cleveland +10.5 @ 2.10!!

I put some good cash on the Cavs +10.5 and the idiots got rolled by about 14.
