Absolute F-ckwit!!!

Well still yet to receive an email respose about the email I reported.

However I did recieve a response about wanting to get the feedback removed.

Cos it's not a Negative they cannot remove it.

Havent had any further contact with the seller, as they "gave me 2 days" to remove my PayPal complaint.

I asked Ebay about why I havent had a response about that email I reported....

Anyways, might have to try that online chat/help thing...
 
dude, if it comes down to relying on Ebay to come through for ya.......forget it. That Live help is as useless as tits on a bull. Ebays whole deal is they protect the seller's more then they do the buyers. They have left me hanging to dry too many times......so now I just be selective on who I bid on, or take a gamble if the card it worth it.......and if I get screwed well I guess I take a hit for the team. I mean I try and file paypal and Ebay complaints still, but I don't expect much. Paypal has been good to me though I will say, Ive gotten alot of refunds from loser Ebay sellers. Between Ebay and the US Postal system, Im about done with card collecting.....lol

Totally agree, ebay is useless but im the same Ive had quite a few refunds through paypal thats why I only use paypal now, im happy to pay their fees cause their service actually works.
 
Yes but if you pay by cheque or money order you struggle to get a refund, with paypal I have always (except 1 case) got my money back
 
same company yes, but if you were not to use Paypal, Ebay would do jack for you and obviously its not Paypal's problem. Paypal is pretty good when its their problem. But Ive had times when I have received like 13 cards out of a 15 card lot, so I was ripped for 2 cards. Paid with Paypal, but cause I received they wouldnt touch it, and Ebay was only going to refund after a set excess amount, which was more then the cards. I have not had one good experience with Ebay solely when I have needed them to step upto the plate.
 
Havin' a lot of fun here, thought I'd post an updated.

Have since exchanged 6 emails with Ebay, to which I get the same response about my email.... "forward it on/report it" rah rah f-ckin rah....

I have also received (get this) an email asking me to fill out a survey on how my request was handled.... WTF....

I'm sure they won't like my last reply I sent, and then ask me to fill out how I was looked after... WHAT A JOKE!!!

EBAY "CUSTOMER" SUPPORT SUCKS ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I have to agree with ALL of you eBay's help system sucks ass, I filled out one of those surveys and said so - nothing changes so now I just delete them !
