Got sick of reading about bloody religion and shit, so thought I'd share my situation with an ebay seller.

Bought this card (paid for it) on the 15th April. Was a bit hesitent as the $11.50 postage seemed really high. Heck I got the card cheap enuff (another 1/1 plate) so I didnt bother.

I started to get worried around the 20-days mark of it not showing up.

So I emailed the seller asking when they posted it out, and what method they used.

They said that "it will arrive"....

No probs...

Sent them another email 2 days later asking for an actual DATE & METHOD of postage.

"post office receipt says 4th May, 2006"....

WTF....

So it took them 20 days to actually POST the f-cking card out... grrr...

A Card arrived in the mail at home just the other day, a 1/1 printing plate. So I left feedback. YOU DICKHEAD.... WRONG SELLER TO LEAVE FEEDBACK TO.....

I left feedback for the wrong card. So I emailed the seller explaining the card still hadnt arrived, and the feedback left was in error.

They wrote back saying:
"You need to relax! It's shipping to God Damn Austrailia!! The damn card
will arrive so just wait on it. I likely will leave you a negative
feedback depending on your approach to things from this point on. This is
why I am stopping overseas shipping. All of my problems are with damn
foreigners. I've tried not to be one of those type sellers that bans
overseas purchases but I now see why people do."

This tipped me.....

I explained that I wasnt fussed what he chose to do with his feedback, but I would report him if he chose to neg me. I have filed PayPal claim on his arse, and would LOVE to be able to change my feedback. As I can't I'm stuck with him having a nice feedback, and me no feedback yet.

What was this guys ID ??? Someone mentioned starting a topic (thread) on bad US sellers - I think we should. I mean it's not stopping anyone from usingh them but at least we will be "informed" from other people experiences with them.

I've had the excuse after waiting for an extended period of time that the seller had sent my card/s to another person, had to wait for them to be sent back to the seller so they could in turn re-send them to me. I've had this told to me twice, I found it hard enough to believe the first time..

Just won an auction the other day and then realised he didn't except Paypal from anyone other than US residents, only money ordres. So I asked him how to go about this and he emailed back saying to just pay through Paypal because Australians are the only foreigners he has never had a problem with! Top bloke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bummer mate - that's a shocker -
REALLY like the idea of a blacklist of shithouse sellers. I once spent $150 on a Kg autofocus crystal auto - a huge purchase for me!!
Anyway the card arrived without my street address on it!!! I shit u not. Only had my name, suburb, city and NZ. Through the sheer genius of NZ post i got my card!!! VERY lucky.
Have also had a KG/Kobe 21/100 dual floor arrive a month late in a white envelope with not even a sleeve around it. i opened the envelope and the card fell out! Funnily enough i got it dirt cheap - always seems to be the way - if u get an item cheap the service is shoddy......

Amazing the KG/Kobe dual wasn't even damaged!

I'm ok with copping the negative feedback, my 100% will still be 100% in my books.

That guy is an absolute wanker. A Complete Toss the issue is that it took him 20 freakin days to post. Wanker!

LOL! Wow Scotty.... what a co-incidence...

I might've been the one who started his frustration because I e-mailed him nicely saying where is my card. It was approaching the 45 day mark, so I had to ask him, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to start a dispute with PayPal.

Anyway, you're lucky that you got a response of an e-mail from him as I never got any reply after 2 e-mails. Luckily enough, I got my card on the 43rd day of waiting via Global Priority. Silly me, I didn't checked when he posted the card although now it seems that I should've....

Good luck with your situation man but yes, he is an EXTREMELY SLOW shipper but I think you'll find that your card will arrive....

Oh, by the way, the card that I won from him was that Topps Big Game Collection - Iverson Autographed Relics.

If I Was You I Would Email The Response From The Seller To Ebay As Those Threats Are A Violation Of Ebay Ethics And They Do Come Down Hard On People That Threaten Other Users.
And I Would Also Leave A Follow-up Response That Is A Bit More Negative To Your Positive Feedback.
