Is anyone else unable to get access to last years account ?

I have tried repeatedly requesting a new password using the email account I used last year and STILL get no response ...
NO IDEA WHY ???
I have triple checked that same email as last year and even checked junk box ... ????

If anyone can buy an extra I am happy to reimburse you until I can resolve this issue with the website would be greatly appreciated
