Agar's bowling isn't looking so great right now. Either try him at the other end or take him out of the attack

I've never been a fan of walking - I think it is disrespectful to umpires to make your own mind up as to whether you are out or not. It is not the batsman's job to umpire.

I can remember Gilly walking in an ODI in England but replays showed that the ball had deflected off a footmark as he hit the ground with his bat. It just "looked" out to start with and he must have just "felt" that he was out.

With all the spot-fixing issues the game has had I think that the players MUST leave decision making to the umpires, otherwise the only thing that will follow is confusion and potential allegations.
 
Sure, i've got no problem with not walking...batsmen get given out when they aren't out too, what can they do then?

I do however have a problem with bad umpiring...and also the stupid DRS. Original decision out, it's just barely shaving leg stump so still out. Same ball given not out, barely shaving the leg stump but decision is not overturned. It's either out or it isn't...it's the same ball.
 
All these balls flying past the outside edge is giving me a heart attack. (is there a "that's what she said" joke in this post somewhere?)
