I was looking to see if there were any new cards on the one community website last night. Found this info

Throughout the three-and-a-half weeks of Community Carnival, ending February 22, NRL players and Development Officers will deliver 10,000 ice coolers and 10,000 rulers and puzzles, 100,000 packs of select NRL Champions, 25,000 Chase cards and 15,000 Rugby League Reads magazines.

You would think out of 25000 that more thsn 1 set would make it on ebay. Didnt they give them out at ladt years all star game?

ahaha i wanted to get them all. and chase them to be personally signed as a little target for myself for this coming season. now people will buy the ones they want for their own collections and ill end up paying too much :/

They look okay, call me picky but I don't like it when they remove the players legs below a logo. They all look like double-amputees.
Does the blurb above confirm Select are continuing with the Champions brand in 2012, or is it common to hand out packs from old series?
