I have one small issue with this set, already been raised that Jason Bukuya is an NRL player of some experience. What about Jonathan Wright? Debuted 2009 at Parra and far from being a Top Prospect, his NRL days are numbered IMO. Which brings me to card selection. At the risk of thread hopping, I am dirty on the NRL for their lazy approach to selecting the players for the base set and TP's. Have they seen Kasiano or Reynolds playing? Otherwise, it looks great!!!
Very happy with the Tigers selection of Top Prospects. One disappointment i have about Select not doing NRL next year is....damn i'd be looking forward to grabbing a bunch of Curtis Sironen Top Prospects
At least they have both played first grade this year.
For the Knights Ryan Stig has not played a game this year and is reportedly on the outer with Bennett. Last year Likiliki played 2 first grade games and since been told to look for another club. Very hit and miss selection wise.
Can't blame Select on the Stig incident, they weren't to know he'd spend the whole year injured. And I'm not too sure how he could be on the outer with Bennett when Bennett wanted him re-signed last year, and he's played about three half-games of NSW Cup since.
