Hopefully City will rectify that tomoro, *fingers crossed* but yeah 0-0 for Chelski and the Arse, Liverpool were more than matched by Sunderland and it looks like sick notes all round at United, albeit after a win.

/\/\ yep. also the first time no home team has won a match. but it was a bit of an anti climax for a opeining round
whether they target de gea or not, he shouldve been on top of the long goal. his positioning is a little off and he seems slow to react.
barca and arsenal finally agree on a deal for cesc. cant see anything stopping this now.
keane to LA is basically done aswell...

Havent read this whole thread yet, but who is the other Norwich City fan that picked them to win the League??? Great to see my team back in the top flight, televised matches is so exciting. And a draw first up that will do.

Looks like Manchester's new keeper could be in for a long year.....Rio out for 6 weeks and I am loving Rooney's hair transplant

Give the kid a favour. 20 and playing in the best league in the world.

HE HAS PLAYED 2 COMPETITIVE GAMES! HE'S NOT GOING TO BE VAN DER SAR AFTER 2 GAMES!!!!

yeah he'll be fine. but he is a little slow at the minute. dont think many are writing him off, but hes got to put up with the criticism until hes 'ready'.
cesc deal done. finally. puts alot of pressure on keeping nasri tho.

ANGRY WARNEY YELLS A LOT!!! haha!

Yes but you'd expect him to be better than your average village team stopper. And if he's 6 foot 4 I'm 2 foot 6.

If u didn't see Aguero play this morning make sure you do. You're in for a treat.

City had 19 shots on goal, hit the post twice, the goalie had a blinder (in fact De Gea could do well to watch how he gets down) and we won 4-0....

I'm excited....

Having said that Swansea had some chances, Hart had to get down quickly at times to cover - which he did. Actually De Gea could do well......etc etc etc!!

City played really well this morning. Not their normal defensive self away from home. Silva had a blinder as well which is good because he is my captain in fantasy soccer :D

well played by city. looked the best of the top clubs for the weekend. aguero teaching them all how to make a debut. brilliant 2nd goal and a great assist. good to see dzeko get off the mark aswell...

Saw a report that Arsenal are interested in Tevez on foxsports.

If true that must be a hell of a panic button they have hit.

Dzecko was poor for the first 30 or 40 but thought he was excellent the rest of the way...Aguero looks fantastic - very exciting time to be a City fan...
