2 Evra's?

Vermaelen looked Solid.

Also lads, have a look at the bottom part of my sig, need some help to add to my collection.

Darren Bent scores to sink City in an almost brilliant debut, while Berba and co sink the Blues at Old Trafford 5-0

Actually Bent did nothing all day but a tap in! City had 25 shots on goal.....we need to be a lot better with our finishing if we're gonna be a threat for the title, United certainly showed us how on the weekend...

So the United game is starting in 30 mins v Blackpool, here is the United team.

United: Van der Sar; Rafael, Smalling, Vidic, Evra; Gibson, Fletcher, Scholes; Nani, Berbatov, Rooney.
Subs: Lindegaard, Evans, Fabio, Anderson, Giggs, Hernandez, Owen.

My money is on Lindegaard to make a appearance today, kinda surprised he didn't get a start.. But we have gone in with a full strength team (but Rio) but would like to see Giggs start instead of young Gibson.. We'll see how we go i guess...

Well it seems United's fist loss of the season. poorly played by United and well played from Blackpool.

This always happens.. i'll loose all hope when we are playing like crap and then all of a sudden we claw back goals in the matter of minutes. United 3 Blackpool 2

Crazy unconfirmed rumour that David Moyes has walked out on Everton...
2-1 at the Emirates wasn't that bad was it??
Been there a long time Moyes, and pretty consistant on a low budget

yeah don't see him walking out on such a proud club...

On other pieces of utter crap... apparently Julio Cesar wants United. He came out and says he is more than happy at Inter.. NEVER!

Manchester United given go-ahead to swoop for Athletico Madrid goalkeeper David De Gea

Great news but i'm not sure if he is the right one ATM. He is only 20 and lacks senior experience! Not sure if i would play him in the 1st XI week in week out until he matures a bit more..

In other news, not sure if true but it pushes my point: Manchester City plan swoop for Wolves goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey - report - Goal.com

Are City buying for fun? Yes Shay Given might be leaving but why would you buy another keeper when you have 3 other capable keepers at the club?

wow! just had a look on youtube, great goal!

This is my favourite free-kick this season!!

well done to Wolves for ending united's unbeaten run.. hopefully the boys can bounce back and get their away record straight..

i would agree with you but as your a Arsenal supporter i just laugh. Didn't watch the match but how possibly can you draw 4-4 when you were up 4-0 in the first half?

i dont think i should join the 'top 4' arguement, whilst my team team sits in the bottom half of the table.. i'll give you a few guesses.. lol

IMO.

united havent played well enough this season to win the comp, however, no one else is playing better than the, except wolves.. hehe..

liverpool will become better after selling torres, 50 mil for a player that is playing no where near his best..

chelsea now have a log jam of forwards, someone will get the ****s (anelka?)

i do rate city, however, they lost to a far better side recently :D (theres your hint to my club)

Great Victory by Liverpool over Chelsea, Torres had a couple of chances one he shot wide, the other was a beautiful play by Chelsea, great vision by Drogba to give a through ball to Torres, who went through using his pace and as he shot in a brilliant sliding stop by Carragher, great attack by Chelsea and magnificient defense by Carragher.....

Most confusing footballer around!!
Fernando Torres admits Liverpool are a bigger club than Chelsea but he lost his enthusiasm for football at Anfield - Goal.com
First they are smaller than Chelsea and now once they win against them they are bigger... make you mind up Fernando..

Goalkeeper wise for United the following targets have come up:
Manchester United target Hugo Lloris reveals he could be set for summer Lyon exit - Goal.com

Hugo Lloris
Manuel Neuer
Pepe Reina
Martin Stekelenburg
David De Gea

think Torres needs to HTFU. 100s of those go unoticed in a game. No big deal

I laugh at the Reina speculation. If you remember a while back when Heinz was playing for United and wanted a transfer to Liverpool, Fergie stepped in and stopped it saying that they will never transfer a player to Liverpool while he is around. Well the feeling is mutual and our memories aren't that short. There is no way Reina will be going to United and he has declared his loyalty to the club. Liverpool will never transfer a player to united in the foreseeable future.
