the Miami crowd is freaky...all in white just looks weird...but yes they are very tame compared to the Dallas crowd (and the Detroit crowd, they will fight with the players )
Miami crowd seems to sit the whole game and just clap!
I got my surround sound system pumped to the max when I watch the games and the crowd is very very silient
I think the Dertoit crowd is the best..crazy atmosphere
The players introductions and starting 5's in Detroit are UNBELIEVABLE.
CH CH CH CH CH CHAUNCEY BU BU BU BU BU BILLUPS
Seattle has one of the better crowds too, but losing so many home games sort of kills it plus they may not even be playing at key arena or in Seattle anymore
Mavs fans are explosive.. Heat fans are pretty quiet seeing its an NBA FINAL for the first time in their building..
And man.. Walker and his layups/studder steps/5 step layup attempts really make things ugly.. he should be a bench player.. posey is what they need.. he plays D.. and thats what they could do with.. I don't see why Riley is sticking with him.. walker doesn't bring the D most Riley players bring..
I don't like his rotation, He takes jwill off at certain times and just sticks with the scheduled substitutions. Like yesterday looked like jwill was gonna got hot and next thing you know I didn't see him on court for about 15mins.
The best coaching technique is adapting on the day and making adjustments not sticking to something just because that's what should work or what has happened in the past. Look at avery johnson he's switches everything up on offense and defense virtually every possession it seems.
Riley must control Walker, he's not gonna change what he does this deep in his career. You're correct whitchoc Posey is the answer ha can stroke and almost ALWAYS looks inside to shaq first
Shaq is still the key. If he's able to get going and with Wade playing like he did yesterday Miami will take it. The Heat reserves are the definition of inconsistency. At least Stackhouse will have a couple of good games and then a couple of quiet ones. J-Will and Walker seem to be hot-cold night after night.
Shaq is the key, Miami is down 2-1 and Shaq has not even scored above 20 in any of the games. D-Wade can get his 30 each night, if Shaq can get to 20-25 each night also Miami will take it. Udonis is the unsung hero, he does an awesome job on Josh and Dirk.
hey jimo speaking of shaq with not getting 20 points etc....is this the first time in the nba finals for shaq (6th time in the finals) where he hasnt scored 20?...i think he holds the finals record for consecutive finals games with 20 points or more right?...or is it MJ...i have to find out ..hmm interesting...but yes i agree i think it needs to go through shaq........god knows why walker is a starter on this team...he plays out of control most of the time...if i were his team mate and i passed him the ball i wouldnt trust him with it..
no posts in this thread so far in todays game   either no-one is watching this game or people are so shocked at how well the heat are playing or how inaffective the mavs are?!?
Wade has totally taken it upon himself to carry/lift this Heat team and put them back into contention for this trophy!! averaging well over 30+ points so far this series!! 33 odd today already and only half way through the 3rd....
i think riley have realise that posey is a better defensive player that walker to guard josh howard. its about time he did that move considering posey is a good defensive player. then put payton on terry to stop him from his pussy move from the screen. i think miami as a team is starting to realise they got the team to win the nba championship its just using them at the right moment is that hurt them in game 1 and 2 wid wrong match-up and too many turnovers.
hard to say being its the finals so very tough to suspend some1. depending on how severe the foul that will determined if he will get fine or suspended for 1.
yeah thats right mate.......the only time it has happen was in 1969 - Boston vs LA Lakers Jerry West, with an average of nearly 38 points a game, won the Finals Most Valuable Player award, despite being on the losing team. This remains the only time in NBA Finals history that the MVP was awarded to a player on the losing team.
I don't think a flagrant 1 can draw a suspension.
Antoine Walker played the most controlled game I have ever seen him play too.
Best of 3 series now...
I'd like to see more shots for devin harris, he's hard to stop!!
