I get what you're saying, but making LA a floor spacer would require him to change the role he has been exceptional at over the last few years. He plays with a center that doesn't use the ball well, facilitator and shooters. Not alongside a center AND another close to basket forward. He's not a specialist 3 point shooter, but doesn't mean he's not great at spreading the floor. Pau Gasol was not a 3 point specialist, and his high IQ and passing, not unlike Aldridge meant he was very good at spacing the floor - especially for Bynum who could only work with his back toward the basket.
Randle is definitely not a small forward - undersized power forward (like Odom), but Odom was best utilized at PF, especially once Ariza, MWP, etc game to town. There's no reason why this couldn't be the case with Randle.
This time it didn't! lolHaha how random!
free agency just 24 hours away, who is the first big signing and to where? Give your tip
It'd be huge for them but I just can't see it. Dallas and San Antonio make sense because he was born and raised in Texas. And with LA, I'm sure I read somewhere that he has a home there also. So there seems to be a bit of a homely theme. The Toronto Raptors have joined the list of teams to have a meeting & pitch with Lamarcus Aldridge.
Hyperthetically if we was to become a Raptor - where would this put them on the team rankings out east? I'd imagine their defense would be questionable but offensively they've have to be a top 2 or 3 team in the conference?
