That's a pretty solid effort mate - but maybe just do the voiceovers and have a nice looking secretary or similar pointing out the features..... ;-) In all honesty most property videos I see don't have the agent in the shots, but I think it adds a nice personal touch because it gives you an idea of who you're dealing with.

Surely for your next one you can pop a Walt in the background on the mantlepiece for us OCT'ers - instead of "Where's Wally" we can play "Where's Walt!"
