Haven't heard the De Gea reports but would be an excellent coup by Man U if they could get him. I have also heard Kaka will be a Chelsea next season and Ashley Young to Liverpool.

a bit harsh but the thing is, theres no need for him to say that. it goes towards possible favourability. if mike dean was going to ref i doubt fergie wouldve said he wasnt the right man for the job...
i think its a sound rule that managers/players cant comment on refs pre-match. should push it to post match to stop all the whinging.
plus im sure the drunken scotsman knows the rules, and what he was saying...

i just think it's ridiculous.. Fair enough if he was bagging him and making him out as a rubbish ref before the match but he was complimenting him.. nothing wrong with that is there?? FA want money obviously.

the point is he wouldnt rubbish a ref before a match because it could have consequences on the pitch. and on the flip side, telling a ref hes the best could be percieved as trying to 'butter him up' for preferential treatment during the match. quote 'hoping for a bit of luck from the officials'. and 'getting a bad decision is our biggest fear' also in relation to the ref. thats bad form...he knows exactly what hes saying.
he shouldnt care who the ref is, and his comments should reflect that. just like the ref shouldnt care which teams hes got for the weekend...
the more i think about it, the more i think he deserves it.
then again, i do hate fergie...

Obviously United are after the win but just require a draw to claim their 19th title while Wolves and Blackpool will be looking for wins to go clear of the drop zone..

Then at 15.00 is the FA Cup- Man City v Stoke- and for those who don't have foxtel, is live on SBS at 11.45 EST.

Should be a good match, Go Stoke!

and at Wembley the score reads............ 0-0... haha City with the advantage though Pennant doesn't look to good with that ankle before the break.. could see a sub..

couldn't care really about the european cups when debating.. it's just about england.. never mentioned the FIFA Club World Cup either

because the FIFA club WC is a joke. its why league cups dont come into it either. but excluding european cups would only give united the title of most english trophies, not top english club. just my opinion...
