exactly the type pf player they need: role player, experienced, will probably come cheap as well... hes very streaky but when he gets on a roll, hes deadly... ecxcellent addition for the heat imo

$2.8 million for 2 seasons. So the veterans minimum of $1.4 mill per season with a player option in the 2nd season.

I'm stoked. He's exactly the kind of long-range shooter we need to stretch the defense, and when he gets hot, you don't want to leave all your attention on Dwyane Wade or LeBron James.

I really wanted us to pick up Matt Barnes, but Eddie House will do just fine.

PG- Mario Chalmers, Carlos Arroyo/Eddie House
SG- Dwyane Wade, Eddie House
SF- LeBron James, Mike Miller, James Jones
PF- Chris Bosh, Udonis Haslem
C- Zyrundas Ilgauskas, Juwan Howard, Jamal Magloire

I'm thinking that lineup is pretty formidable.

Now the Heat can even go with these variations of the lineup in crunch-time:

PG - LeBron James
SG - Dwyane Wade
SF - Mike Miller
PF - Chris Bosh
C - Zyrundas Ilgauskas (if going big lineup)/Udonis Haslem (if going small lineup)

or exactly the same but with Miller on the bench, LeBron back at SF and House at SG with Wade at PG.

What about all five starters off, and first five reserves off the bench?

PG - Carlos Arroyo/Eddie House
SG - Eddie House/Mike Miller
SF - Mike Miller/James Jones
PF - Udonis Haslem
C - Juwan Howard/Jamal Magloire

yeh been keeping an eye on that but nothing yet, all i know is a while back i won a signed heat eddie house jersey #5 on ebay, but the guy tried to **** me over or something so ended up having to dispute and got my money back, then i tried to get my hands on another one (or possibly the same one) only a few months ago but missed out. now that he has come back to the heat im shattered more then ever i wasnt able to lock it down.

Been a HEAT FAN Since ZO got traded. before that Im a true blue Dolphins fan. And i LOVE THE MUTHA&^%$(@ HURRICANES ( OSU SCREWED US ). THE HEAT GOT THE EAST ON LOCK SON. Spo is only going with one point guard per game right now and using Wade and LeBron (or at least that's what he says the gameplan is).

He also says Mario's conditioning is not yet up to 100%. But he will be ready for use when Spo needs him...

Here's the 4th straight win. 69 points in the half? Damn.

Wade with 22 already, Bron with 9 dimes and James Jones with 4 triple's.

Bron's stats look to be the ones that will suffer the most. He had 20 points today and 12 assists, but nothing spectacular.

D-Wade had 26 points in only 24 minutes.

We're looking cruisy at the moment, although I don't like Chris Bosh and the way he's playing. Jumpers, jumpers and more jumpers.

If we wanted a shooter we'd go after Mike Miller... Oh wait we did.

Seriously I know Bosh is a wimp who doesn't want to get inside, but if he doesn't start posting up we're going to have some spacing issues. There needs to be someone down there commanding space, and as long as Miami doesn't upgrade at the C position - Bosh is going to have to be the guy catching it in deep.

His numbers thus far are rubbish too, a reflection on his poor shot-selection. He was matched up with Love tonight and thoroughly outplayed. Love is slower too so Bosh could easily have faced up but just wanted to shoot jumpers all day. What is this@@)#(%*#)%*#()@!

Looking very scary for the rest of the league if they keep improving...while they were convincing wins...they were against non playoff bound teams

Not happy at all with what I'm seeing against the Hornets.

Miami is so soft inside it's like whipped cream. Honestly Bosh plays like the biggest ***** and Joel Anthony is a runt.

Spoelstra needs to tell these cats to start playing physical inside. If David West and Okafor can do this to us, we have no chance against Pau and the Lakers.
