Caught the last quarter and a half...what a finish.
Dragic is just a weak b!tch...chests The Machine from behind after giving him a gob full for hitting a mid range jumper, then flops to the floor holding his nose after getting hit in under the jaw. Sasha was to blame though, as he shouldn't have put himself in that situation.
The Lakers deserved the WCF win, with different players stepping up when they needed to, but we can't afford to stand around like fans and expect Kobe just to work his magic...although it did work today. Props to the Suns...they turned disadvantage into advantage by focusing on scoring inside and that zone defense was inspiring.
Now for the old, over-achieving C's. They sold their franchise future to win one title, so it is good to see them back in the big dance, giving us a chance to redeem ourselves.
The key in this series I believe will be Pau...if he can shake off the demons of a few years ago and finally say 'hasta la vista' to the 'soft' tag, he will inspire this team to another level.
Lakers in 5.
