I've been there, it's a great shop when it comes to footy cards. I guess he can charge a fair bit because of the lack of competition.

Geez, He charges more than double the prices that I charge for most team sets. Maybe I'm selling myself a little short.

IMO I'd rather buy singles/sets through auctions or this site (this is for AFL).
So I only go there for boosters and supplies.
He doesn't overcharge for supplies and as for booster boxes - 09' products are everywhere (so I wouldn't buy it from him - he charges $105 instead of the usual $99 a box) but basically he's the only one with older boosters so he's entitled to charge more.
I found him a very reasonable person to deal with.
I struck a deal with him on EVERY single item I bought. Bought a 08' Select Classics folder - he chucked in 20 pages of ultra pro 9 pockets free. Got a $5 discount on a $35 (RRP) product. Sold me 09' boxes at the regular $99 rate instead of the $105. Got another $5 discount on a $20 (RRP) product. The only thing he wouldn't discount was the old boxes (but I'm pretty sure he's the only guy with em' - so if you want em' you have to expect to pay up).

He has a price list... in paper form. Ask to go on the mailing list and you can check out all the prices before you go in.. so you know where u stand.

Some stuff expensive.. but some reasonable prices... especially great if your looking for a specific draft signature to complete a set.. etc

He doesnt trade or buy low end cards... but he can do with high end stuff, like TOC signatures and Captain Signature cards.

Only thing that can be annoying about Steve, is he holds alot of extra cards out back.... so when they say they havnt got it.. they usally do, and sell off alot of doubles and triples of cards first.

I find him very pleasant and genuine... And yes he does give discounts if your a good customer.

yeah, he had a buckly wildcard last time I went down, hidden a way in a OLD box.

It's open wednesday, friday, saturday and sunday
