I say random.org the 8 names and then based on a lotttery, let people pick in that order. If it's done that way, it looks like at least half the players will be happy as no one is picking their team besides them anyway, and it sort of makes it fair rather than 2 people claiming the Cavs or 2 claiming the Lakers etc etc.
