yeah i downloaded the full version a year or 2 ago, so many fantastic movies in the 70s & 80s.Some of del torros movies have been pretty good. devils backbone & cronos. Waiting for orphanage to be shown at the local vintage cinema up here

Ive only seen a few of Bavas films only 2 i can remember were The Whip and someting and Kill Baby Kill.

Thats the worst thing about watchn heaps and heaps of horror movies, hard to remember them all.

Still want to get my hands on some of the Hitchcock collections and a few more Stepehn King movies. Some of kings have been less than brilliant though. Quite a few have the "so thats it" ending.
 
These remakes are too serious, there just no good soccer axe to the head, or a decapated bed, or a drunk man talking nonsense.

Will this spark a release of all Ft13th films all in uncut form in a set for Blu Ray ?? Kettle to the cup and the silver spoon, my CC will be getting a boom !!
 
Hey, I always thought that the first Friday 13th was his mother doing all the killing. This new remake combines Part 1 & Part 2 as it has Jason in it.

Anyone else pick up on this?
 
Yeah, i dont think they could remake it with Mrs Vorhees being the killer unless a sequal was greenlight already, prob just show her death as the reason he goes berko

nah, i think they left it open for another F v J , i remember the talks of it being F v J v Ash from Evil Dead :lol: I

dont think there is anyone else they could match up with them from the golden age. I dont see how they could get Leatherface (the comics of him and Jason though were excellent) or Myers into the battle. Nobody recent either could compare or match up.

The Attraction looks cool. I was about to say how lame it looked until "Amanda" was sitting there in the chair, and there was another sitting there screaming, WOW!!! I think they were actual people tho?

Hanging out for this, but correct me if I'm wrong... Did that trailer just count down the victims 1 by 1 in the order they're killed? I know it went to 13, obviously, but damn, if I'm right it leaves little to the imagination so in a sense you've seen the film by just watching the trailer. :blink:

It's strange, cos Friday 13th remake, has Jason in it...

The original was his mother...

I hope they combine Episodes 1 & 2, else it's going to be strange seeing Jason run wild in a film, he was never meant to be in.

On a side note, does anyone have any info on the Childs Play remake?
