No, only the single jersey relics have that "Refractor" outlining for some reason.

This applies to the single gold parallels too (which are ## to 50)

Bit strange i thought, coz the lower numbered cards don't have as nice a finish

Even the gold triple parallels numbered to 10 don't have it???
