NBA LIVE 08 for XBOX 360

Got mine last night from Carousel so whoever said it was delayed was full of it!
Started a Dynasty, fantasy draft, made sure I had #1 pick so I had bron
Picked up Bosh Rd 2, Durant Rd 3 and Oden Rd 4 then traded Bosh for Dwight Howard
Must say, opposition is still point guard reliant on offence, Nash dropped 56 on me!
Far more realistic game play, the days of shooting 200 pts at 68% in 8 minute quarters are OVER. Best I have done is 120 points at 48% and have only won both games by 10 or 12 on Rookie mode.
Oden's a machine in this game, blocks are a lot more emphatic, but Nash dunked on me 4 times, that aint right!
I like the Hot Spot feature, adds some realism there.

ROOOOOOKIE MODE..... dont you mean CHUMP MODE!!!!!!!!!!
I had a quick game must admit felt better than previous years.... nice feel.... UNREAL GRAPHICS...
One bad thing I noticed was I had a flirt with Dynasty Mode and selected re do this years draft... I got Pick 5 and was able to select Oden since the computer teams selected made up draftees wasnt impressed with that!
i dont know there's just something not right.
it seems too spaced out for my liking. like even when you have 3 team mates with defenders on one side of the court still seem to have heaps of room.
maybe im just a ea hater

Some games you can, some games simply won't work. MOST require patches to be downloaded from the net to play.
I havent tried in a while, but when I first got my 360, I was told (xbox.com.au) to download a file, burn it to a CD, and run the CD (in the 360).
Did all that, and it did something, but still wouldnt play my games.
Maybe now I've had a few Xbox Live updates installed, it might work????
Just something to keep in mind.

I have had the COMPLETE sh*ts with Microsoft. I'm not sure if y'all remember my problems from this thread:

Now my new replacement Xbox 360 which I shelled out on freezes every time I try and play an actual game of NBA Live 2008 (which I got yesterday!). It is fine when I simulate games. It's almost like it can't handle the graphics - becomes completely non-responsive with no error message.
Anyone else having any problems?
