NBA LIVE 08 for XBOX 360

I have had the COMPLETE sh*ts with Microsoft. I'm not sure if y'all remember my problems from this thread:

Now my new replacement Xbox 360 which I shelled out on freezes every time I try and play an actual game of NBA Live 2008 (which I got yesterday!). It is fine when I simulate games. It's almost like it can't handle the graphics - becomes completely non-responsive with no error message.

Anyone else having any problems?

Shit Matt, you're having a really bad run bud. Hope its the game/disc......

Thanks Scotty. Think I've ironed it out, actually. Used the ten steps troubleshooting and it seems the problem was a corrupt saved game or user profile. Deleted them and started over and it seems OK ... fingers crossed.

I've got a massive hangover from our cocktail/spa party last night (amazing how you can fit eleven people (3 guys, 8 girls) into a 6 seater spa everyone is p*ssed), so looks like I might spend quite a few hours on NBA Live 2008 today!
