I still can't figure out why our most often posted thread is "postage rip off"
Still I see posts saying that a seller demands such and such for postage and then people win cards and then bitch about it costing less or coming cheaper than the shipping quote.
Whats so hard about either contacting the seller PRIOR to the auction or simply just factoring in the cost of the higher shipping if they don't budge.
YES it does suck that some want to simply profit from shipping and handling and that we nearly always get ripped value wise but some buyers just bring it on themselves. Some sellers are asses and some just don't know better.
Some combined shipping sucks even if its only a $1 extra per card IF you look at the postage on the mailer. But if you buy those same cards individually then I garantee you that you wont get each shipped for a $1 in a bubble mailer.
If all else fails I'll sum up if I really want to pay it or wait for the next one. I don't HAVE to make a purchase and have the choice IF I think about it BEFORE the auction. But if you get the card cheaper then its a non issue. If you have been searching for ages for a card you REALLY want then I say $7 is a non issue. Most would use that in gas just driving to the shops to simply get more material things for ourselves and home and don't bitch about that or see "oil prices ruin great prices at Bunnings!"
