Predictors Gold Sets

Ben, if you had read the back of the card properly, you would have seen that, or asked someone on here, they would have told you otherwise.
That is why I made the comments back earlier before the top 8 was realized that teams not in there would be worth zip.
I feel sorry for people that paid big money for all there predictors.
There all worth zip except for melbourne.
If you send in a melbourne predictor say number 217, you should get back set number 217.

I agree that they should be cheap but I haven't still haven't seen a Dragons one sell for under $50.

That's fucking disgusting of esp. What a load of shit these predictor sets are. $999 gets you a set out of 50 with 17 signatures including 3 of the biggest names in nrl and 1.5-2k gets you 9 pathetic cards numbered out of 20. That is insulting to the collectors that put the time, money and effort in hunting down these cards!!!!! Utter disgrace!

But they did limit them to only two per case which guides people to a worth for them. People aren't going to sell them for $50 at the start of the season as they assume they are two hits that should reimburse some of there money from the $1400 case.

well I am glad I didn't pay $250 + $ for the number 36 predictors.
Could not agree with you more Ben.
These cards will be worth around $200 a set, even if there is only 20 of them.

Yeah I'm a bit pissed. The set of redemption cards looks a millions times better than the cards themselves.

I got set 5/20, so my promise of getting #2 was bullshit

I found it strange you were ‘promised’ set #2 when I had lodged mine ‘weeks’ before you.
Anyway, #5 is still a good number and nothing to be disappointed with.

I hate to be one of those 'told you so' types but the individual value of the predictors, when combined, was never going to maintain consistency once redeemed. True, a /20 set is low in number but it is also only a parallel of which there are 217.

If value was based on how much a set cost to put together then we would all be sitting on gold mines!

It is obvious ESP muffed the predictor concept big time, hopefully they get it right in 18 Traders!!

Thats how I took it . Doesn't make sense at all to redeem 15 other teams for a winning storm . 16 gold predictors would of been better imo. Maybe after everyone contacts them they may do what is right . Otherwise my tip will be they will have a lot of stock sitting around this time next year ???
