I previously posted about this so please do not deal with these guys on this forum. I had my issue with them n a signature card that never arrived purchase din December and previously posted about them

dude check your postings. I sent you confirmation that it was paid. I got my archie thompson yes via ebay. Emailed you a billion times. I sent confirmation on the 24th out of my bank account into yours. Sorry mate it was some 7 weeks ago

Yes you already have my screen shot. Check our conversation. Is that not your bank account Confirmation Number H9961403401. Moments in sport ending in 3402? You had a screen shot and plenty of correspondence since 12th January

There is a continuation of screenshots which shows its my account and that you never paid mate thats the simple reason as stated before why you never received your card..
Funny how you dont mention anywhrre else about the Archie Thompson redemption card your brought from me on ebay which you recieved no problems.
I dont know what your motive is but this thread needs to be deleted or my business will forward this to our solicitor for defamation

Ok So you saw my original screen shot. read my other posting and you have the proof.

The bank will conduct a search of the payment. Lets see what they come up with and I will PM you with their findings

Response from the bank in the meantime. Suggest you ask your bank to do the same search and lets see where this ends up. (you have the statement on the other message)

Statement attached showing the payment debiting your account.


I have ordered a trace to check if it was ever received as it hasn't been credited back to you according to the statement.


The trace can take up to a week to have a result sent back to me so hopefully the statement will assist you meantime to prove you did send the funds.


Will come back to you as soon as I have trace results.

Well it seems pretty bloody obvious to me based on the 3rd screen shot of the series from the earlier post that monies were received from Serge into the account on 29 Dec 2015 for an amount starting with a $2...

If the Meckie signature card was going for $200 (as per the sale thread http://www.ozcardtrader.com.au/community/threads/2015-16-football-trading-cards.192054/ ) and the Archie redemption card was bought off ebay then isn't this the transaction in question??? ...I somehow can't envisage an Archie card being sold for anything like $200 at this point.

Interesting that people would want to be playing this out in a public forum with this level of details.

Simply fascinating that what appears to be over $6,800 was deposited into the account on one day on the 29 Dec 2015 - maybe the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre would be interested in this thread as well.

Can't speak for others, but the deal I did with Serge for a signature redemption card was quick and effortless. We agreed a deal during the day, and the money was in my account that night. It even looks in that screenshot that the money was clearly received.

I have bought off Moments in Sport and had no issues.

There are rules and guidelines when trading with new members. If they are not followed it opens you up to trouble.

I would not do a direct deposit to a member with zero feedback!

Hope it works out for both parties.

I've dealt with serge a few times and trust him 100% with moments in sport I'm sad to say I haven't got anything good to say about him

So the update

a. The NAB (my bank) confirm that payment was made to this guy after completing the appropriate trace
b. He email's me and says:

"Hey mate I owe you a big apology sorry. Payment came thru the 2nd January. Just went through accounts. Cause of the Christmas periods and new year it must of been delayed. Just spoke with fair trading and they suggested I look in January and found it sorry. Matthew Leckie will be sent today. Again I'm very sorry and will send some extra cards with it."

c. This email from him is on the 17th Feb
d. This email was after Office of fair trading NSW contacts him and he locates the payment. He confirms that he will send the card
e. As of today he has not responded to their call and my message (3rd March)

So ladies and gentlemen. The system of a scam comes in a different forms. This guys sells one or 2 items to you then throws this type of behaviour. He even has the nerve to suggest to Office of Fair trading this was a private transaction not covered by the Office of Fair trading . Excuse me but "payment to Moments in Sport" suggest otherwise
