Show me your all-time favourite card design

Until yesterday, there were a few auto designs (mainly from 90's) that I quite liked the design of. But it wasn't until these bad boys hit eBay this week, and showed up on my home page suggestions that I absolutely creamed myself. A seller was breaking a full set. I missed out on Lebron by about $20

All sentimental reasoning aside, in my opinion, these are the best designs I have ever seen for an auto! I also liked the idea of numbering up to the jersey number (which we have seen many times since these would have come out).

Beautiful design. perfect spacing. and nice white spot for the auto.

So, let me know what your all time favourite card designs are... Maybe there are more nice designs Ive still not seen, cos I had never seen these until this week.

Dude, your bringing back painful memories. I could of had a mint version of that jordan for $500 about 5 years ago. my biggest card regret ever. still gutted i didnt get it at the time.

I like autos and sick patches as much as the next guy. But the card I love the most....the one that sunk its hooks into me and pulled me into
the hobby for life, was the fleer ultra scoring king michael jordan.

still my all time fav card.

Ironically, im yet to have ever owned it myself.

I have had 3 of them. 2 were stolen and the third was miss placed in my last move.....still looking through boxes.

All time fav for me would go back to the 1989-90 inaugural Hoops set. I was nine when that set came out and the photography blew me away. That year's Fleer, and the two year's prior, Isiah Thomas' card was a dark side shot of him at the free throw line (imagine having to wait a whole year for that), where as Hoops gave me a nice full action shot. I remember contrasting the Fleer and Hoops Dennis Rodman and it was simply no contest.
