If your going to name players we recruited in our foundation year you may as well name the whole squad. Ross was handed to us during the super league war when he was nobody. If your going to make a serious list how about including Lazerus who was our biggest poaching of all.

Lazo had already been mentioned earlier in the thread so I only listed players who were playing for a club pre Broncos, there's plenty more your right,

Dragons gone off GROAT , interest in GRose.....

After the sudden passing of Matt's brother I reckon he'll be missing from footy for a while, Gorgeous George is just waiting for a Sympathetic coach, someone like Don Furner Senior back in the early 70's when he transformed Arthur Beetson into a Superstar, if George isn't prepared to put the hard yards in now then he never will.

“The Club has recruited strongly for next season and I look forward to working hard in the pre-season giving myself the best opportunity to push for a regular place in the NRL team next year".
Furthermore, the Dragons have additionally announced that forward Matt Groat has agreed to a one-year contract that will see him join the Club until at least the end of 2014.

The NRL is a joke of an organisation. I love their excuse - 'The NRL salary cap auditor provided reasons such as a negative 'ripple' effect on sponsors, fans, media and employees'

I wonder if the NRL thought about the 'ripple effect' of them not letting the Raiders replace Dugan's $650,000 hole in their salary cap with a new player.

Ferguson didn't turn up to his meeting with the Raiders this morning. According to his new manager he was 'unable' to attend. I didn't see that coming.....

He has now exercised the option to cut his contract.

If fergo was not at that interview most of the tv channels wouldnt off even showed up.
The whole thing reminded me of the way mundine left the Dragons.
