Card collecting is like gambling... Sometimes you hit jackpot... Sometimes you go home hungry.... I've learnt and still learn the hard way! Somehow.. I still don't stop.... No matter how much my dog and I might have to diet.. Lol.

Now comes the Endless Task of sorting piles and piles of Base Cards.
ESP has done a great job on the card numbering it is nice size easy to read a huge improvement on Traders.
Added bonus with the 9 card set much quicker to sort.

And looks better in the folder rather than having 12 players per team set. 1 team set per 9 pocket page. Really liking that idea

I did hear of someone busting a #001 (Barba i think) from a case.

Also was speaking to a seller on the weekend that busted 4 signatures from 1 packet. (yes packet, no typo!)

If they've held any cards back, it's nothing but a fucking joke!! The whole release has been a joke really. I'm not saying the cards aren't of quality, and I doubt I'll be complaining with hit numbers (I've got 3 cases that should turn up tomorrow), but for people to be paying $120-130 per box and getting nothing is shit!!! Every other sport you'd be getting 4-5 autos/game used for that price (exceptions been exquisite/5 star/ national treasures etc). Generally it works out about $25-30 box value/ hit.

It's a lot of the reason I mainly collect non sports these days. There's still some value in Nascar, but NFL is too hit and miss with so many garbage autos. Panini has wrecked it for me, with redemptions and friggin sticker autos, though topps isn't much better. At least non sport and Nascar have on card autos. I hope this packout by ESP was just a mistake that will be rectified by their next release. Like I said earlier, quality looks fine, just some other areas, and value for money that need fixing.

I've heard a whisper that ESP want to do signature cards with signed stickers or on pieces of paper & just stick them to the cards...
Like they do in USA... If that happens I'm finding another HOBBY....
