Couldn't agree more about Cooper, but doesn't it make a joke of the rule re tackling a player in the air! If the defender caught the pill and was tackled in the air, it's a penalty against Sts. The attacker catches it, tackled in the air, feet way way past horizontal and it's all above board, even though a player may be sidelined for the season because of it. There's just no logic.
Yep, I'm certainly biased, but I wouldn't wish that on any player.

Stuffing up the Inglis signing, letting Beale, Teo and Gagai go in 2012, the Norman to Eels saga and then signing Prince who seriously was never the answer.

Prince hasn't been sacked and brisbane are happy to keep him on the books next year. But have told him he will likely play a lot if qcup next year if he stays.

In that case it seems the club see Ben Hunt as the long term No 7 so with Wallace to go, Prince to play a lot of QLD Cup and Norman signing with Eels who are we going to have partner Hunt in the halves. I hope they don't see Karmichael Hunt in that role.

Apparently josh Mcrone will be signing with us in the coming weeks. I'm hoping he doesn't but the bloke he said he is said 3 weeks ago we where signing Martin Kennedy.

Mcrone is contracted at Canberra until the end of 2014. Given Canberra have just Williams to Dragons and Campo is getting on I don't imagine he will be released early.

Perhaps if the Barba rumour is true they are looking at him for number 6 with Hoffman to go back to 1

Ah, the plot thickens!!

I had heard several months ago that Milford was home sick and Brisbane were really chasing him hard but big Papa and his family have taken him under their wing and the last I heard Milford was trying to get his family to relocate to Canberra. I have no doubt the Raiders would be very keen for that!!
