I wonder why the 3rd umpire can't have a direct feed from stump cam to see no-balls as they happen, then message the on field ump if there is a no ball. It seems that they only check a few dismissals, and who knows if others have been missed; we saw what happened with Siddle, though the 2 poms bowled in this innings weren't no-ball checked.
Even without a dismissal, the no-balls are another delivery, and one run to the batting side, and bowlers over indulging in no-ies should be taken aside to get their techniques sorted out.
