I bought a few back in 2007. Cost me about $5.
Almost got me in.

I was offered a second chance on this set of cards where I placed a rather high bid because I was going away. After the second chance listing I checked recent sales and there seemed to be a lot from a feedback scor of 2 and 952 on a few of the sellers listings.
It looks a bit suspicious to me and wanted anyones opinion who has dealt with this seller or knows whether this is possible shill bidding.

Looks a bit sus to me. Went through 500 plus of my feedback could not find a league collector with that feedback number of 952. Then went through a seller with more than 8000 feedback could not find any collector there either. You can do an advanced search on the item as you have bidded on it to find the member who won the item. Then go through his feedback to see if they have bought any other rugby league items then you know it is shill bidding. Its quite a bit for an 89 set. I would not buy it DanThis is another item

Hey Dan, have bid off heaps of ebay sellers over the last 10 years and this is the first time I have come across this seller, I did keep a number of the items in my watchlist and was surprised as to how many $$$ the seller got by putting cards into 2008 albums, either the seller is a genius or something is very suss indeed.
