Funny story, I actually played against Benji in a mixed touch game about a week before he turned out on debut for the Tigers. My mates on his team had been slagging off all week that whichever wing he played on, his defender would have fits, and at the time I used to play wing. So we lined up and he was chatting up a girl on my team I had a thing for who played in the centres, so I went and played on her wing, planning to impress her. I stepped around him early in the game and streaked away to score, when, as I found out later, he wasn't trying. Anyway, as I got back in position, being young and stupid, I gave him a mouth-full, and out loud wondered why his team-mates had such a big rap on him. Well, THAT was the end of it, he started crossing me up so bad I COULDN'T hurt my knees, because I couldn't react fast enough to injure myself... ROFL! By the end of the game, I ended up having to fake an injury to get off the field, because I was getting schooled, and I was too proud to take it. Anyway, after the game foir a week or so my mates kept in my ear about how bad this guy owned me, until my brother was watching the footy and seen him come out for the Tigers. He called me and told me he was on TV, I thought he was taking the piss out of me. So I tuned in, and VOILA! haha...
