"I have a mate who works at the NRL, he was telling me the delay with Dugan is that Schubert is now saying he wants to see Police Records, and Doctors (physchiatric) Reports before registering Dugans contract!

Im not so sure on this.......... I thought Tauta Mogo was the Roosters first choice replacement for mini and was keeping RTS out of the team until he did his ACL at the end of last season.

The Roosters did chase Dugan hard before he resigned with the Raiders........so maybe.

I would imagine the cafe and nightclub lifestyle would suit him well.
