well i assume widdops on a decent quid, i mean he wouldnt come over here for nothing so he'd free up a few $$$. isnt jason ryles calling it quits too? a few more $$ there

still not enough for carney i'd say yet but they'd only have to offer him $250k to get it registered by the NRL i reckon, they can cover the rest through third party and what not.

im not worried about the salary cap, I'm worried about Storm becoming even more dominant then they already are! imagine that spine at club level Slater, Carney, Cronk, Smith!!

they have been chasing thurston, carney basically anyone and everyone, but i wish they went after widdop.

Any news on weather Penrith are still chasing Wayne Dunley? Last I spoke to him he was offered to Penrith but turned it down to finish his landscaping aprentiscship well he finished it this year so wondering if he's still in the picture?

lol young gun playing for cabramatta atm i think this year, hes cousin of trent hodkinson bulldogs half (and myself haha) but yeah hes a better player than trent IMO last time i spoke to him before chissy he said he has spoken to some people at penrith about possibly getting signed, he just didnt want to commit to football and ruin his apprenticeship if nothing became of it and he didnt make it in the NRL.

Yeah mate, he played tigers 09 and was promising alongside Ayshford and moltzen co-captains, had a cracker year in the 7 jersey. Just never stepped up at the tigers and now just doing his landscaping getting married etc: still plays a hell of a game and would run rings around a few of these players these days very good solid commanding player
