I have been paid for all items by ute1988 with no dramas but have a large amount of $350 due now by hotlife, so will see how that one goes.

It sounds like a kid in a lolly store, I will have one of them one of them one of them 10 of them etc ah but I have only got $5 which should I pay for?
Bid on stuff you can actually afford to pay for otherwise don't bid at all and mess people around, no excuses especially if you don't even respond to sellers requests, most would give you time to pay within reason if you at least had anything about you to respond to them.

jannah4565 - Bad experience now, Purchased 3 Retirement cards from them, messaged asking for bank deposit details they sent me incorrect details, the funds were reversed back into my account as the bank said account did not exist, since have messaged 3 times no response about to open a case against them as i dont want bad feedback for not paying when i cant pay because they wont give me details or respond been a week now :S

You should follow the non payment strike method with this clown and pretty sure after 3 Ebay suspend his account which means he wont be able to bid on anything else

have you checked this ebayers feedback? Say 50% of the sellers, who didnt get paid, went through the process to get their fees back, this ebayer would have 50 non payment strikes!!!! ebay doesnt care,It used to say 3 strikes and your suspended in the help pages, these days they dont mention this at all!!!Ebay wants to be the no1 online retailer, they are trying to do this by looking after the buyer and not the seller!!!!You should follow the non payment strike method with this clown and pretty sure after 3 Ebay suspend his account which means he wont be able to bid on anything else

Yes I know there is a lot less traffic but you have to give them credit for trying.
maybe we all need to get the word out about quicksales then.... ebay dont give a shit about the seller at all anymore... ive spoken to them 3 times about this grub and still they say they have to go through a process and as for the 3 strike rule , no such thing anymore. ebay determine when they wish to put restrictions on certain accounts even if they have more than 1 account...
