It gets better. Do a Google Maps search on the address they use and there is nothing there. The access to the closest building is from a different road (and that's where the letterbox is). Maybe they live in a tree???????

I had this person win about 10 of my items recently so I contacted Ebay to see if I could cancel the transaction. Here's what happened:

Hi Christian. I have recently listed a number of items which were bid on by a member called hot4life88. 10 of my listings finished last night which they won (total was around $10). I sent them an invoice for the amount and while I was there I checked their feedback. What I found was astonishing. Over 500+ positive feedbacks but around 90% of them are negative comments in relation to how they never pay for their items. I have sent the buyer an email and have not received a response from them at this stage. I have also cancelled all remaining bids on other items and added them to my blocked list. I am concerned now that they will leave me negative feedback for the items already purchased as reprisal. How can I cancel that transaction immediately?

So then within the next 3 days I can get 10 negative feedbacks from the buyer because I cancelled all their other bids. This buyer must have hundreds of unpaid item strikes against them. I urge you to look at their feedback page. That process clearly has absolutely no consequences for buyers who do the wrong thing time and time again. I will open the unpaid item cases in a couple of days. In the meantime, I need to know that if I get smashed with negative feedback then it can be removed.

Regarding your question about why sellers can no longer leave negative Feedback, the reason for this change is that sellers deal with payment problems by filing Unpaid Item cases, and the fear of retaliatory Feedback was keeping buyers from posting honest evaluations of their experiences.

And now the sellers are more at risk. This person has to be stopped. By the way she also has another Ebay user ID call ute1988. Same person, same issue but only with a half dozen or so feedbacks. I will report the person through the appropriate channels and cross my fingers that something gets done. Pretty sure that someone with this bad a record has been reported a number of times and nothing has been done yet, but we'll see.
