i like them dont get me wrong but why????????

i was really hoping that they could nail this set, now i will have to buy another folder and doctor up some pages to fit into my eels binders

i am not sure but i think there are some card sleeves that are a fraction big so i will have to find and buy those, then there are the larger top loaders i am now going to have to buy to send my trades in

i so want this set to work for them.....they look good but that is a real WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you post a picture?

To make cards that dont fit in ultra pro pages is nothing short of a total and complete fuck up. Its really unforgivable.

Getting the size of the cardboard right would seem to be a pretty fundamental simple but key thing to me.

I can't believe that people call this an epic failure because the cards are 1. bigger than a normal card size and 2. they don't fit in a normal size 9 pocket page. For gods sake this set is meant for 6 - 10 year old children. Problems with numbering aside the cards are meant to be played with, swapped in the school yard and generally chucked around by kids not collected by a 40 year old bloke whose only contribution to card collecting is to bag the crape out of a product.

The kids can chuck the cards around just as well if they are the correct size to fit in Ultra Pro pages, plus the collectors will pick up a few as well. What possible advantage is there to making them bigger?

Yes they have a specific folder for this set and that is where they make the extra money ....Great marketing ploy but not so good for the collector that doesn`t want another folder ....

Yes there is a power play folder, Warren is bring a couple around to my place later on so I will advise on the pages. But I fail to see how its killing a section of the market, if anything its tapping into a new market by specifically targeting kids with the cards, kids that are computer savvy and like to play online games.

I am going to assume that this directed at me and i am going to pull you up here and tell to have a good long look at ALL the comments because i actually said i LIKE THEM i just mentioned the odd flaw so to have you carry on like that is un called for....beside i have said i bought these for my kids who are aged 8 to 11 so and they pointed 2 of the faults out, check out my other comments as it will say somewhere here that the kids like them and cant wait to use them on the website, as for my part in this series i just want my eels cards and they dont fit in the normal 9 pocket pages inside my eels binders.........so before you or anyone else decides to have a go at me about what you or who ever thinks is being said have a proper look and investigate it properly

I'm on the fail side with the card sizes. There is a games shop at one of the shopping centres where I live. Every weekend they have tables set up outside the shop for the kids to come and play their card games. I don't think I have ever seen one kid there that didn't bring their cards in folders and have their cards in penny sleeves while playing. Just because they are young kids that play the games doesn't mean they don't want to protect their cards.
