i think Ayios was joking? comparing suarez dive admission to kicking a ball boy...
most of those 99.7% dont do it on a consistant basis tho. and the thing about it wasnt he admitted it, it was rodgers reaction to it. all shocked...
its old news anyway. he dives. who cares? its a part of football. youll never stamp it out so get on with it. hes still a quality striker tho.
The diving is about the least offensive thing he has done.
Problem is that the refs have him down as a diver so when he gets brought down they are not giving pens (Man U game comes to mind).
I think he is like Balotelli. Won't ever be able to get to the world class level because of the antics. Can you imagine how Fergie would have handled him?

pretty subjective, but yeah i think suarez is world class. one of the best players in the epl. cant compare him to messi or ronaldo, but they are another class above anyone else anyway. and messi is even in a whole different school to ronaldo.

nothing to do with my dislike of united, but i rate him better than rooney...recently anyway. im assuming you think rooney is better/world class is why i bring it up.
EDIT: what is your guys definition of world class? someone who can play well on the international level? someone who can ply their trade well in multiple countries? or is it more just a term to state that someone is a very good player?
I also rate him over Rooney.
IMO a world class player is on that can kill it on all levels - domestic, european and international. In my book there are very few of them out there. In fairness Suarez has not really had the opportunity because Liverpool stink but thats also the reason I cant put him up there with the very best. Give me the brilliance against Bayern, not just QPR.
The overall point i was trying to make is that he has the talent but his antics let him down and ultimately may be what holds back his career. Im reckon if it wasn't for the long list of controversies a top EPL or European club would have bought him from Liverpool long ago.

Will be interesting now to see how this all pans out and if Chelsea use this kids shenanigans as a reason for a more lenient punishment.

nah, the kid was acting a fool and should be banned from at least being ball boy if not from the stands for a bit, but the kick was well over the top...
but i think there are a few teams that would snap him up tho. surely he'll leave if the scousers dont make champs league?

'rumour' has it that Real want a straight swap- de Gea for Casillas, or so the papers say. What a load of utter crap. Will never happen. Also for those saying that United are interested in Valdes, seriously not. He's struggling in Spain atm, why would you want to sign him to play in a more physical league?!?!

valdes always seemed over-rated to me...but it wouldnt be a total shock if he ends up @ old trafford.
casillas will never leave madrid i dont think. born and bred and played for real since he was 8!
plus hes just busted his hand and will be out for at least 2 months probably.
