Owen, sorry to hijack this thread a bit. What are your thoughts on the tops tigers cards recently selling ebay. They are numbered sets?

The numbering (or not numbering) does not worry me too much. Its only upsetting the guys that like to go after low numbers.

In saying that its very disappointing that they have not communicated with collectors how many have actually been produced. At this stage you are about the closet we are able to get to this company Dan which is pretty bad considering they are a marketing company.

Well i had two damaged cards replaced today and the letter sent back said that they had destroyed the cards i sent in so that the ratios of the cards remain intact

There is no other reason someone would sell 5 boxes out of a case unless they have got the hits. Otherwise they would of put all 10 up for sale.

Im not saying its searched or it isnt.
8088 lists 5 boxes at a time though.

Yeah i havent got a problem with his cases but always have been sceptical of his loose boxes.

Just grabbed a folder, plenty of pages but no "folder card". Check list printed on inside front and a big plug for 2013 releases on the inside back. Comes with one pack which is the only one I'll be buying (getting a set from Digeze) so if anyone wants a Waerea-Hargreaves parallel they can have it.

All of my ordered folders came with a 'folder card' and no free pack. I guess the free pack thing is a newsagents deal instead of a 'folder card'

My first thought was that it cheapens the thing by using it as an ad for the next release, but on 2nd thoughts, meh! who cares. Also I think I'd rather have a folder card than a pack of nothing.
