you need to raise a non-payer item, so ebay do not charge you fees

Man you're getting messed around. Are these bidders with decent feedback? If not, maybe set a limit of 50+ or 100+ positive feedback can only bid/buy your item?

Honestly, id make it BIN with immediate payment.....which means it cant be hit unless payment is made. Gets rid of annoying people who wont pay.
