Wow ignorance how many times does it have to be said.. the current CSM IS NOT the one that stuffed people around and did not get back to people he is a COMPLETELY different person and has been working his ass off so people like you get either their card or a replacement

I wouldn't call it ignorance mate. I'm just sour with the company and would rather not talk to anyone involved with the company if I didn't have to. I have nothing personal against the bloke but he does work for them.

Nice looking card, did well with the replacement and have to agree with Rhys, the new Panini CSM is doing leaps and bounds for Panini's reputation.

I have grown alot more respect for guys like him and Tracy from Panini who will chat to you and help you as much as they can.

Because Quicksilver is so deep in panini's backside that if anyone has a bad experience with them and speaks against them it must be ignorance.

Haha incorrect i too dealt with the inept backwards arse about face system they previously had setup over a six month or so period with my Kobe ball Having had a chat to the new (well not new anymore) guy as well as a few other peeps over there and seeing the results of their labours i'm quite impressed at what they are now doing for the community as a whole. Your attitude of being "sour" with a company amused me and seemed very juvenile as that Panini has had people flogging theirs guts out to remedy past wrongs and apparently still cannot appease the mighty jaames.
